By accessing or using MeMe AI, an AI chatbot application ("Service") operated by MeMe AI ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
Any content you provide to the Service, including text, messages, or other data ("User Content"), remains your property. By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process it solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your User Content complies with these Terms.
The Service, including its design, code, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by MeMe AI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason. You may stop using the Service at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeMe AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed $100.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California.
